Guest Experience Specialist

The Red Door Salon & Spa is currently accepting resumes for a highly professional and motivated Guest Experience Specialist.

As a GES¬ at The Red Door, you will exceed our guest's expectations by providing them with impeccable guest service. We love what we do, and so will you! You will receive guests at check-in with a warm welcome, care for their entire spa experience, and provide a fond farewell upon check out.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Answer phones, book appointments and selling

  • Display exceptional knowledge of spa products and services offered

  • Perform various administrative functions as assigned

  • Reports to the Guest Service Manager; takes direction from Guest Service Lead or Future Booking lead

  • Ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, enthusiastic with a professional appearance and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service


JOB REQUIREMENTS:



  • Strong customer service skills

  • Position continually requires demonstrated poise, service with a smile, tact and diplomacy

  • Previous day spa, salon, retail, luxury, call center or reservation booking experience in a fast-paced service environment

  • Excellent (English speaking) communication skills

  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm

  • Team player with good organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Strong PC and keyboarding skills

  • Able to handle multiple duties simultaneously

  • Available to work varied shifts (evenings and weekends)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
