We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
There are currently 5 office staff members and we are looking to hire more.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met - Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic accounting principles - Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
