Immediately Hiring! Looking for a friendly, easy going, organized and hard working Back Office Assistant to join our busy Bellmore Podiatry Office! No certification required! No experience necessary, willing to train the right person! As a Back Office Medical Assistant/Helper you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation to our office.
You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication.
Roles &
Responsibilities:
Fulfill patient care responsibilities as assigned which may include but not limited to; Ensure proper flow of patients into exam rooms Maintaining exam rooms in proper order by assuring that they are clean, neat and well equipped Cleaning and sterilizing medical/surgical instruments Prepping/Assisting during medical examinations Input basic patient medical history into EHR System Digital Orthotic Scanning Assisting with X-Rays Arrange laboratory services Other duties as assigned Skills & Abilities:
Must be a team player who is willing to excel in a high volume environment Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task Strong leadership and planning skills Great communicator able to deal tactfully and professionally with patients, families, staff and physicians The ideal candidate would be able to work in a busy environment with great leadership skills.
Availability Requirements:
Morning/Afternoon/Evening (flexible with hours).
Every other Saturday.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
