The successful candidate must also be highly organized and be able to provide outstanding client service.
They must be able to read and clear commercial and residential titles and manage these transactions from beginning to end.
New York, New Jersey and National a plus.
Responsibilities:
Read and clear titles for residential and commercial property along with reading and clearing titles for foreclosures and subdivisions.
Communicate regularly with Manager regarding work volumes, customer issues and obstacles impacting production and quality.
Special projects assigned by Manager.
EXPERIENCE AND
Qualifications:
Must have (3) years of title insurance experience.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, in person and by telephone.
Ability to multitask, think and act quickly, meet deadlines, and maintain a professional demeanor in a busy office environment.
Must be well versed in all aspects of title related work.
Knowledge of computers and relevant software required.
Ability to work remotely if deemed necessary.
