The role of the ideal candidate will be wide ranging and will offer exposure to many different areas of a business focused on anti-aging, longevity health services.
The candidate will work closely with all team members, including medical and non-medical staff.
The candidates day to day responsibilities will range from managing incoming calls, overseeing tests such as VO2 Max testing and metabolic testing and go over tests results once adequately trained to do so.
The candidate will assist as a patient care coordinator, helping to meet patient needs.
The candidate will also assist in business development related tasks, including attending marketing events and building and fostering local relationships with surrounding businesses.
The candidate must be willing to travel to both Long Island offices when needed (Stony Brook and Bellmore) and must be willing and able to provide 1-2 weekend work days per month (4 hour shifts).
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various tasks and projects as assigned - Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives - Conduct research and gather data for analysis - Provide administrative support to team members - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls and scheduling appointments Requirements:
- Bachelors degree - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills - Professional demeanor and positive attitude Job Types:
