Shipping and Receiving:
Handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in orders, packing items securely, and coordinating with carriers for timely deliveries.
Inventory Management:
Maintaining inventory levels, organizing stock, conducting regular inventory checks, and assisting in restocking items as needed.
Order Processing:
Processing orders, verifying details, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintaining shipping records, tracking shipments, and managing relevant documentation for orders and inventory.
Office Assistance:
Providing general administrative support and assisting other departments as required.
Quality Control:
Inspecting products for quality before shipping to ensure they meet company standards.
Packaging and Labeling:
Properly packaging items for shipment, labeling packages correctly, and ensuring they are ready for pickup or delivery.
Experience:
Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy in handling orders, packaging, and maintaining records.
Order Processing:
Experience processing orders, generating shipping labels, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment is encouraged but not required Communication and Coordination:
Ability to coordinate with carriers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide exceptional customer service.
Administrative Skills:
Proficiency in office tasks such as data entry, managing documents, answering phones, and responding to emails is encouraged but not required.
Quality Assurance:
Understanding of quality control procedures to inspect and ensure products meet company standards before shipment.
Knowledge is encouraged but not required.
