Twisted Fork Brunch Company will offer a unique brunch experience combining comfort and indulgence.
Our restaurant's cozy and inviting atmosphere will make guests feel right at home, whether it's to enjoy a leisurely brunch with a specialty latte or a boozy brunch with a zesty bloody mary.
Barista/Bartender duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as cocktails and other specialty drinks - Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service - Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other related equipment - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Follow recipes and guidelines for beverage preparation - Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty coffee drinks - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience with cash register operation, preferably TOAST POS system - Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards We are looking for enthusiastic, clean cut and neat individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service to join our team.
