Greeting customers and answering the phone.
Scheduling appointments.
Checking in clients and collecting payment.
Collecting payments from customers using a credit card or cash.
Entering and maintaining client information into computer systems.
Maintaining clean reception area and taking necessary steps to keep this area free of debris, trash, etc.
Assisting other departments as needed.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Salon Receptionist
Experience:
Sales experience preferred but not required.
Customer service experience preferred but not required.
Able to communicate effectively with others, both colleagues and customers.
Proven working experience as a Salon Receptionist is a plus! Bonus Pay! Job Type:
