What You'll Do:
As a Housekeeper Supervisor, you and your team create a clean, safe, healing environment throughout the facility.
Your leadership and attention to detail will directly impact the quality of life for our team and those in our care.

Responsibilities:
Hire, train and lead housekeeping and /or laundry teamDevelop and maintain department schedule to ensure adequate staffingPerforms periodic inspections of the building and grounds to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocolsCollaborate with other staff members to address resident needs and maintain a safe and clean environmentEnsures all facility policies and procedures are followed and updated as neededManage inventory and ordering of cleaning suppliesIf you are passionate about making a real difference in people's lives through the healing power of a clean environment, and would like to grow your career, we invite you to join our Housekeeping / Enviornmental Services team!-:

Qualifications of a Housekeeping Supervisor include:
High school graduate or equivalent preferredMinimum of three (3) years' experience in institutional housekeeping and laundry servicesAbility to read, write and comprehend EnglishAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time efficientlyStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standardsKnowledge of cleaning protocols, infection control, fire prevention and safety measures in long-term care are highly valued but not required; training will be providedCompassionate and empathetic natureAbility to work effectively in a team environment-:
